HOLY EASTER 2026

In this holy season of Easter, we wish to reach out to you with a message of peace and hope, keeping in our hearts the greatest mystery of our faith: the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is in the light of this mystery that we extend our Easter greetings to all of you—friends, collaborators, and readers of our website.

Holy Week has once again led us into the heart of God’s love: a total love that gives itself without reserve, even unto the cross. In contemplating Christ in His Passion, we have recognized a love that does not shrink from suffering but embraces it in order to transform it into new life. This is the foundation of our hope: the certainty that no darkness is final, because the light of the Resurrection conquers every shadow.
As Daughters of Saint Joseph, we are called to live this mystery not only in prayer but also in the concreteness of daily life. Our founder, Blessed Clemente Marchisio, taught us to recognize Christ in the poorest and most vulnerable, inviting us to a love that is active, simple, and faithful. In this Easter season, we feel this invitation renewed within us: to allow ourselves to be transformed by Christ’s love so that we may become living signs of peace and instruments of hope.
The Resurrection is not only an event of the past, but a reality that continues to act today, within each of us and in our communities. Every act of charity, every word of consolation, every choice of forgiveness and reconciliation becomes a small sign of new life. This is how Easter becomes present: in our relationships, in our daily service, and in our ability to begin again.

In a world marked by many wounds, divisions, and uncertainties, we feel an even stronger desire to proclaim the peace that springs from the heart of the Risen Christ. A peace that is not the absence of difficulties, but the living presence of God who accompanies, sustains, and renews. A peace that enables us to look to the future with trust, even when the path becomes difficult.

To all of you, therefore, we offer our most sincere wishes: may this Easter bring renewed hope into your families and your hearts, sustain you in times of trial, and make you witnesses of love in daily life. May the joy of the Resurrection light your steps and give you the strength to build, together, a more just and fraternal world.

We entrust each of you to the protection of Saint Joseph, the silent and faithful guardian, that he may accompany your journey with his discreet presence.
A blessed and holy Easter to you all, from all of us, the Daughters of Saint Joseph.
