On 28th of September 2019, with the official closure of the 23rd General Chapter of the Daughters of Saint Joseph of Rivalba, the new General Council was born.
The Superior General for the six-year period which goes from 2019 to 2025 is Mother Angelita Guerriero.
The four Counsellors who will assist Mother Angelita in her work are:
- Sister Ana Edna Santos Araujo as Vicar
- Sister Redenta Tomanin as second Counsellor General
- Sister Regina Anulika Ijeh as third Counsellor General
- Sister Angelisa Petruzzi as fourth Counsellor General
Furthermore, the General Council will be closely assisted by:
- Sister Orseni Calazans da Silva as Secretary General
- Sister Beatrice Pompeleas Treasurer General
